Here are the facts: Tech N9ne is still one of the most underrated MC’s in the game. He’s been killing shit for literally over a decade and has crafted the independent empire known as Strange Music. Say what you will about his shock rap stereotype, but he puts most rappers to shame with in flow alone. Why ¡MAYDAY!’s name is surrounded by exclamation points still behooves me, but I’ve always been a big fan of Strange Music signee and Miami underground rapper Wrekognize so his feature on this Fragile record is getting my thumbs up of approval as well.

Next fact: I’ve been turned off by all the excess hype that Kendrick Lamar receives on a regular basis. I can’t say this enough, but my issue isn’t with the fact that he’s not actually talented…but more so that it took our culture this fucking long to respect and demand decent music. Everyone has heart attacks and now needs triple fucking bypass surgeries because a rapper…actually rapped…and put on a good stage show. Are you all idiots?! Am I the only one who thinks that rappers shouldn’t be praised for doing something that’s part of the job description? I didn’t get a fucking Grammy because I showed up to work today…and worked! That what I’m supposed to do! Idiots! I digress.  Kendrick did do his thing on this record…but I don’t really expect less, even though a lot of you all do! Idiots!

I’m digging Kendall Morgan’s feature on this record and though small, it really lends a dope vibe to this record. The visuals for this record are cool too, but seem too calculated. I feel like I’ve seen a similarly conceptualized video from Eminem portraying a kid being bullied, though I’m too lazy to look it up right now. Either way, this one is worth a listen, so let us know if you’re rocking with it.
