What up, America? We were filming an interview once and asked the artist about a time when he was booed on stage. He cut filming and didn’t want to answer; we never aired the interview. I only wanted to him to share what it was like to be booed while on stage in case any viewers were artists or performers themselves; who knows when you or someone you know may come across a similar situation?

Well, since that interview, I’ve had my own ups and downs from being celebrated and cheered on to being booed and silently-stared at, and its all the same really. It’s still fun to be yourself and entertain a crowd; it’s still an adrenaline rush to run up on stage and overcome whatever inhibitions you have; it’s still a challenge to try and captivate every different pair of eyes even though you know some of them will be fixed on a bad baby across the room, on their cell phone below them or even closed! (How u sleep at a show???? lol)

What I mean to say is this: if you have ever been (or get) booed, just remember they booed Lauryn Hill at the Apollo so does it really matter?!

If you can’t handle it and feel like you need to to quit music, then please do; more room for me, Dilligaf & Charli Funk to shine :).
