Napping, are you lazy or disciplined?

I’ve known about the benefits of napping for a while, as I myself have become, a self proclaimed professional napper. However, I just came across the really informative video from Asap Science that explains the benefits of power napping in it’s simplest forms.

Now, despite what the video teaches, I can say that the most important part of power napping is the discipline required to keep naps from turning into hours of slumber…which in all reality, most times just translates into laziness.

Check this video out and perhaps try some napping or a more disciplined form of napping for a week and let us know your results.
