I’ve always appreciated music that was true to the writer / singer… this song is on a WHOLE other level. Angel Haze explicitly describes being sexually abused by men in her you; which continued through late adolescents.

She has my RESPECT for being able to rap about all of those details.

She starts with a disclaimer.  Strikingly flows each word like a hammer striking a nail repeatedly. The graphic details keep your interests through the entire song. She choose a perfect beat, simple strings and processions. This may not be a song you’d play in your car (unless the content is something you can related to) but take a moment to listen to her story.
